TAE Choirs are comprised of three choral groups open to youth ages 6 through 19 through a simple audition process. These national and state award-winning choirs perform regularly throughout the greater Charlotte region for corporate and civic events and give two formal concerts annually. Highlights include a shared concert with the Charlotte Symphony, singing at the Biltmore House Christmas tour and national composers residency awarded through the NEA. TAE Choirs perform under the direction of Dr. Jacqueline Yost. Dr. Yost received both her undergraduate and doctoral degrees from Eastman School of Music. TAE Choirs rehearse on Tuesdays at St. James Lutheran Church in downtown Concord.
